ANTHONY L. WILLIAMS
A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, is an award-winning showrunner, performer, and educator based in Chicago. His acclaimed work includes the docuseries It’s Not You, It’s Me—an Open Television #OTVAtlas grant recipient and multiple film festival award-winner—and the feature film Thicker Than Blood, which has sparked national conversations across LGBTQ+, medical, and academic spaces. With credits across major networks like HGTV, National Geographic, & A&E, Anthony's creative path began in medical simulation & donor advocacy, shaping his deeply human, impact-driven storytelling approach.

SPENCER PAEZ
A first-generation American, Junior Olympic medalist, and Duke University grad whose award-nominated work as an actor, writer, director, & producer has been featured in film festivals nationwide. Passionate about social impact, he has led diversity & equity initiatives, taught arts education in underserved communities, & now serves on the board of Young Entertainment Activists.

An award-winning producer with a passion for creating content that connects, enlightens, and inspires—ranging from films to acclaimed documentaries like Wolfpack Hustle. With a B.A. in Communication Media from NC State University, his work has earned accolades from the Telly and W3 Awards, aired on major networks like NBC & ESPN, and includes over 200 TV episodes.

A video editor and producer with a B.A. in Electronic Media Communications whose passion for editing began in college and evolved into a successful freelance career based in Raleigh, NC. His work spans festival-selected short films, branded content for major companies like Unilever and TransPerfect, and production roles on feature films and TV for National Geographic, MTV, HGTV, and more.

MATT F. MCCOTTER
A NC native with a background in Industrial Engineering who turned his passion for photography & storytelling into a creative career in content strategy and digital marketing. With experience working for Camp Sea Gull and clients like Peter Millar, Southern Living, and Our State Magazine, he now serves as Digital Marketing Manager at River Dunes, producing impactful content supporting communities.

ELIJAH KIDDER
Elijah brings nearly 15 years of expertise in operations, logistics, and large-scale team management, with a proven track record leading crews of 300+ for major corporations like Walmart and Food Lion. He is a skilled communicator and planner with extensive experience in event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and direct-to-consumer sales through his work with Southern Comforts Desserts. Elijah’s strength in strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and seamless execution makes him an invaluable asset for managing and organizing productions of any size.

TROY PRYOR
Troy is a Chicago-based media producer, host, and entrepreneur dedicated to amplifying BIPOC voices in the entertainment industry. He is the founder of Creative Cypher, a portfolio of media brands and investments, and the creator of the XL Film Festival. Pryor's directorial debut on TV One’s "Change Agents" led to award-winning collaborations, including a Telly Award for the film “An Outfit.” He serves as Vice President of SAG-AFTRA Chicago and has been recognized as a Chicago Scholars 35 Under 35, Ariel Investments/WVON 40 Game Changer, Black Enterprise TCX Fellow, and ADColor Innovator of the Year nominee. A University of Illinois alumnus, Pryor continues to mentor, striving to connect diverse talent to mainstream media platforms.

Smash To: Script Consulting
CHARLES BORG
Charles is an award-winning writer, producer, and script consultant with an MFA in Screenwriting from Chapman University. As the founder of Smash To: Script Consulting, he has collaborated with creatives from Pixar, Disney, Bad Robot, and Nasdaq Studios, offering services such as screenplay analysis, story development, and pitch package creation. His film credits include Three Worlds (AppleTV), MAN (Tubi), Caiman, and Young Ali, and he co-produced two seasons of the boxing docuseries Knockout (Hulu). Charles also contributes as a development consultant for Creative Cypher's XLerator program and serves as an adjunct professor at Columbia College Chicago, sharing his industry expertise with emerging filmmakers.

DR. MONICA O'NEAL
Dr. Monica O'Neal is a Harvard-trained licensed clinical psychologist, relationship expert, and media consultant based in Boston, Massachusetts. With over two decades of experience, she specializes in helping individuals navigate relationship challenges, identity development, and interpersonal conflicts. Dr. Monica O'Neal also serves as a lecturer at Harvard Medical School and has contributed to various media outlets, including Cosmopolitan, Women’s Health, BuzzFeed, and Marie Claire, offering insights on mental health and relationships. Her dynamic approach bridges clinical expertise with relatable, culturally attuned guidance, making psychological concepts accessible to a broad audience.

'It's Not You. It's Me: Chicago' Docuseries

"It’s Not You, It’s Me: Chicago" (INYIM) is an award-winning, proof-of-concept relationship, dating, and mental health docuseries that explores identity, intimacy, and connection through candid conversations with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals navigating love and self-discovery.
Holding the Silver Telly Award in Mental Health, and awards for "Best TV Series" from the 2026 International Black & Diversity Film Festival, "Best Indie TV Pilot - Unscripted" from the 2026 ATX TV Festival, and "Best Feature Film" from LGBTQ Los Angeles Film Festival, INYIM serves as an unfiltered exploration of the intricacies and impacts of relationships, modern dating in real-time, and mental health told through a lens centering authenticity, vulnerability, and underrepresented voices.

When Jordan returns home after three years to celebrate his brother’s big promotion, a family gathering quickly unravels as buried secrets and hidden tensions come to light.
What begins as a joyful reunion turns into a painful reckoning, leaving a once-close family fractured and struggling to heal.
